Palisade Bio Gets Clearance for Phase 2 Trial of Ulcerative Colitis Treatment in Canada

09:23 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Palisade Bio (PALI) has obtained clearance from Health Canada for its global phase 2 study evaluating PALI-2108 in patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis, the company said Wednesday. The clearance allows the company to expand the study's reach and enroll patients in Canada, the company said. Palisade said it expects primary efficacy results from about 204 patients in H2 of 2027.
