Yesterday, Ethereum’s price revisited the recent lows to form short-term support and rebound. Currently, the K-line is breaking through the 4-hour mid-band and MA30 successfully, continuing upward. Though the Bollinger Bands are narrowing and the downward trend remains, the upper band is pressing down close to 2500, while KDJ and RSI are entering overbought and are about to turn. Once the bullish momentum runs out, that’s it. For those who have already reduced high short positions and taken profits, you may continue holding. Alternatively, you can choose to add positions at resistance near the upper band. In the short term, pay attention to whether the price can break the lower band and MA220. If it holds above, short-term support is likely to appear, and you may consider entering on pullbacks.
If it breaks, the daily chart’s range will be disrupted, and after falling below 2300 and MA300, Ethereum might start a weekly pullback trend! So even though the current price is in a rebound phase, Lihui still recommends not chasing the rally. It’s better to maintain a strategy focused on shorting at higher levels.
Today’s Ethereum long entry: Go long below 2390, set stop loss below 2340; target 2460-2520!
