- Final settlement is expected Aug. 24, 2026.
- Total exchanged: USD 2.75 billion of Pool 1 Notes for New 2038 Notes and cash.
- Total exchanged: USD 2.75 billion of Pool 2 Notes for New 2041 Notes and cash.
- Late tenders were limited, with USD 84.4 million of Pool 1 Notes, USD 60.7 million of Pool 2 Notes.
