- Jackson joined the board in May 2022. He chairs the nominating and corporate governance committee.
- He previously held senior roles at PepsiCo, Yum! Brands, Coca-Cola, retiring in 2018 as SVP, business development and industry affairs.
- Jackson most recently served as EVP, development and industry relations, at the National Restaurant Association.
