PropNex 1H26 net attributable profit falls 3.1% to $40.9 million; revenue rises 0.7% to $603 million
Reuters2026/08/12 22:59- PropNex posted 1H2026 net attributable profit of SGD 40.94 million, down 3.1% from a year earlier; revenue rose 0.7% to SGD 603.02 million.
- Commission income from agency services climbed 6.9% to SGD 360.5 million, while project marketing services slipped 7.8% to SGD 238.4 million on fewer launches.
- Interim dividend held at 5 cents a share, implying a 90.4% payout ratio; annualised dividend yield was 5.4%.
- Market share by transaction volume increased 3.7 percentage points to 64.3% versus FY2025; salesforce expanded to 14,574 as of Aug. 3.
- Management stayed cautiously optimistic for 2026, forecasting private home prices up 3%-4% with developers’ sales around 9,000 units.
