- ONDO: Strong institutional tokenization pipeline, rising TVL, and a planned 10% supply burn.
- SUI: Mubadala’s $75 million tokenized fund strengthens Sui’s institutional finance position.
- XLM: DTCC integration, major validators, and growing tokenized assets support Stellar’s institutional outlook.
The crypto market consolidation often gives investors time to reassess promising altcoins. Prices may move sideways while stronger projects build real utility. That makes this phase worth watching closely. Three altcoins stand out because institutional adoption continues to strengthen their foundations. Ondo Finance, Sui Network, and Stellar each show meaningful progress. Their recent developments also point toward growing demand for blockchain-based financial products. For investors seeking potential opportunities, these three projects deserve closer attention during the current market pause.
Ondo Finance (ONDO)

Ondo Finance has built one of the strongest institutional pipelines among major altcoins. A DTCC-linked tokenization initiative went live in July 2026. BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, and Goldman Sachs joined the effort. The initiative focuses on tokenized Russell 1000 equities and Treasury bills. Ondo also completed a cross-border settlement pilot with J.P. Morgan’s Kinexys platform. Mastercard and Ripple participated in the pilot, which settled transactions within five seconds. The protocol also expanded tokenized securities on Solana. Users can now access round-the-clock minting and redemption services. Ondo launched perpetual futures linked to equities and commodities as well. Total value locked stands near a record $3.5 billion.
Sui Network (SUI)

Sui Network secured a major institutional milestone on July 23. Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala tokenized a $75 million private markets fund. The fund launched directly on the Sui blockchain. Hashi also introduced a Bitcoin lending testnet during the same period. The platform targets institutional credit markets backed by Bitcoin. These developments strengthen Sui’s position within regulated financial markets. They also show growing interest beyond traditional retail-focused DeFi applications. SUI price action has remained relatively strong during recent market weakness. The token reclaimed a key technical level in late July. Rising on-chain activity could provide additional support for future momentum.
Stellar (XLM)

Stellar continues to strengthen partnerships across institutional financial markets. MoneyGram, Figure Markets, and Range joined the network as Tier 1 validators. Tradable also plans to bring up to $1 billion in private credit. The credit products would operate through tokenized assets on Stellar. The DTCC has also confirmed plans to connect with Stellar’s platform. XLM could serve as the settlement asset for tokenized securities. Stellar activated Protocol 27 after an approval vote on July 8. The upgrade introduced authentication delegation across the network. Stellar also reported more than $2 billion in RWA issuance during Q1 2026. Stablecoin supply has nearly tripled over the past two years.
Market consolidation can offer time to evaluate altcoins with stronger fundamentals. ONDO benefits from major institutional tokenization and settlement initiatives. SUI continues attracting regulated financial activity and institutional blockchain projects. XLM combines established financial partnerships with expanding tokenized asset adoption.
