That's how much Trump Media & Technology customers are paying for a real-time feed of top Truth Social accounts, the company said in its earnings Monday.

More than 10 customers have signed up, primarily high-frequency trading firms, Trump Media's Interim Chief Executive Kevin McGurn said in the company's first-ever earnings call on Monday.

Truth API, pitched as faster access to posts from top accounts, has drawn criticism that the first family is mixing its business interests and White House affairs. The president uses Truth Social to share updates about trade deals, the Iran war and more. McGurn said the criticism is misinformed.

In July, the number of U.S. pending home sales declined by 1.7% month-on-month, with an annualized rate of 4.06 million units, in line with expectations. Existing home inventory for July slightly decreased by 0.6% year-on-year to 1.54 million units, while the median price of existing homes reached a new historical high for July at $434,100. U.S. mortgage rates climbed to a one-year high of 6.81%, and the proportion of first-time homebuyers dropped sharply to 29%.
