The largest IPO in AI history is approaching! Anthropic's valuation nears 1 trillion dollars, with revenue growth surpassing OpenAI
Due to concerns about the financial stability of AI companies, Anthropic is working to boost investor confidence in preparation for what could be the largest IPO in history.
According to Jinse Finance APP, informed sources revealed that due to concerns over the financial stability of AI companies, Anthropic is working hard to bolster investor confidence in preparation for what could be the largest IPO in history. This AI startup, valued at $96.5 billion, aims to go public in September or early October, ahead of its biggest rival OpenAI’s IPO (which is expected to take place sometime next year).
Potential investors are concerned about the challenges facing Anthropic, such as the increasing prevalence of cheaper Chinese AI systems, tensions with the US government, and public backlash against data center construction.
According to informed sources, Anthropic has assured investors of its rapid growth while downplaying threats from Chinese competitors. Company executives have told investors that Anthropic is highly focused on developing cutting-edge AI models.
The company has also disclosed to some investors its plans to expand into healthcare and biological AI application fields, which may help to alleviate some of the negative sentiment surrounding the technology. The company has not revealed specific pricing plans or a timeline.
As the AI race continues to heat up, thanks to its hit code tool Claude Code, Anthropic has emerged as a strong competitor. Its run-rate revenue surpassed $4.7 billion in May, far exceeding OpenAI’s roughly $2.5 billion level.
