1.Intel Launches $15 Billion Share Offering to Fund Physical AI Push

Intel announced a proposed $15 billion common stock offering (with up to $2.25 billion overallotment option), its first major public equity raise since going public in 1971. Proceeds will support capital expenditures and working capital, targeting growth in physical AI, purpose-built silicon, advanced packaging, and external wafers. Shares fell around 4% on dilution concerns.

🎯 Beneficiaries: INTC; Key Catalyst: Strong AI compute demand supports the fundraising window — watch for capital deployment into capacity and customer orders.

2. Archer Acquires Three Boeing Units, Accelerating Physical AI in Aerospace

Archer Aviation agreed to acquire Boeing’s Wisk Aero (autonomous eVTOL), Insitu (profitable military drone business with >$200M annual revenue), and SkyGrid (air traffic management software) in an all-stock deal. Boeing will hold roughly 16.5% equity and become a strategic partner with technology-sharing rights. Shares surged over 10%.

🎯 Beneficiaries: ACHR, BA; Key Catalyst: Physical AI + drone/defense revenue inflection — monitor deal close and integration progress.

3. Meta Releases Muse Glimmer, Open-Weight On-Device Agentic Model

Meta launched Muse Glimmer, a 30B-parameter open-weight model (Apache 2.0) designed to run locally on a single consumer GPU. Optimized for agentic workflows, tool use, and multi-step tasks. Mark Zuckerberg simultaneously published a long essay advocating personal superintelligence and open-source strategy, with plans to open-source a stronger Muse Spark version soon.

🎯 Beneficiaries: META; Key Catalyst: On-device AI and open-source narrative strengthening — track developer adoption and follow-on model releases.

4.Oil Surges Nearly 5% as Hormuz Reopening Hopes Fade

Iran’s new list of conditions (including sanctions relief and reparations) dimmed prospects for reopening the Strait of Hormuz. Brent crude jumped about 5% to around $87/barrel, lifting energy stocks while adding inflation concerns ahead of key data. Major indexes closed modestly lower.

🎯 Beneficiaries: XOM, CVX; Key Catalyst: Geopolitical risk premium returning — watch this week’s CPI print and any negotiation updates.

5. Other Event-Driven Movers (M&A and Clinical Data)

MarineMax agreed to a ~$1.5 billion cash buyout by a Blackstone portfolio company, surging over 40%. Varex Imaging jumped nearly 50% after Teledyne’s cash acquisition offer. AbCellera rose on positive mid-stage trial data.

🎯 Beneficiaries: HZO, VREX; Key Catalyst: Deal and clinical catalysts driving short-term elasticity — monitor closing timelines and volume.

Trading Note: Physical AI (aerospace/drones) and on-device open-source AI are running in parallel, while chip financing supports expansion narratives and higher oil prices add macro volatility. Manage position sizes with volume and this week’s CPI in focus. US equities have seen elevated volatility recently.
