Reuters2026/08/10 22:03- PKO Bank Polski exercised its issuer call to redeem all outstanding EUR 750 million 3.875% Senior Non-Preferred Callable Fixed to Floating Interest Rate Notes due 2027.
- Optional redemption date set for Sept. 12, 2026; cash payment scheduled for Sept. 14, 2026.
- Redemption at EUR 1,000 per calculation amount; accrued interest of EUR 38.75 per EUR 1,000 through Sept. 12, 2026.
- Notes to be delisted from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, Warsaw Stock Exchange effective Sept. 12, 2026.
