Jitto Finance APP reported that on Friday, Ticketplus Ltd (TP.US) went public on the US stock market. As of press time, the stock had fallen by more than 15%, trading at $6.771. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Santiago, Chile, the company is a technology firm focused on the Latin American live entertainment industry. Ticketplus has developed its own full-stack event management platform, offering integrated services for concerts, sports events, exhibitions, and other live events — ranging from event discovery and online ticket sales to entry management, payment processing, real-time data analytics, and post-event operational insights. Currently, the company operates in 11 countries, including Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Peru. Its clients include event organizers, venues, sports organizations, and other ticketing companies. In recent years, Ticketplus has continued to expand internationally and has used artificial intelligence and automation technologies to enhance ticketing operations and risk control efficiency.
