According to Zhihui Finance APP, on Thursday, cardiovascular drug company Braveheart Bio (BRVE.US) debuted on the US stock market. As of press time, the stock was up over 75%, trading at $31.405. The IPO price was $18. Founded in 2024, Braveheart Bio is a late-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative therapies for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and other serious cardiovascular diseases. The company’s core drug candidate, BHB-1893 (also known as HRS-1893), is an oral small molecule cardiac myosin inhibitor that specifically inhibits cardiac myosin ATPase activity, normalizing myocardial contractility, reducing left ventricular hypertrophy, and improving diastolic compliance. In September 2025, the drug obtained exclusive global (excluding Greater China) licensing rights from Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals in China.
