According to Zhitong Finance APP, on Wednesday, biotechnology company Attovia Therapeutics (ATTO.US) officially debuted on Nasdaq, closing up 28.82% on its first trading day at $21.9. The IPO price was $17. Founded in 2022, Attovia's core technology, the "ATTOBODY" platform, is a biotechnology platform based on biparatopic nanobody, exclusively licensed from Alamar Biosciences (ALMR.US). This platform enables the development of multispecific antibody therapies targeting complex immune targets.
The company currently has three drugs in development, with ATTO-1310 being its most valuable asset. This drug has completed phase I clinical trials in healthy volunteers as well as patients with chronic pruritus and atopic dermatitis. ATTO-2306, a bispecific antibody targeting IL-13 and IL-31, is expected to achieve broader efficacy in the field of atopic dermatitis. ATTO-1091, as a trispecific antibody simultaneously targeting the three popular immune targets TL1A, IL-23, and integrin α4β7, aims at the vast inflammatory bowel disease market.
