- SHOP NOI outlook, including expected net investments, increased to $71.2 million-$79.9 million from $65.1 million-$77.2 million.
- Core SHOP portfolio projected 2026 NOI of $53.5 million-$56.5 million, implying about 14% growth versus 2025 pro forma.
