Jaguar Health, Inc. (JAGX) and its subsidiary Napo Pharmaceuticals, together with Alivus Therapeutics, jointly signed a new manufacturing and supply agreement regarding Crofelemer (a plant-based drug used to treat various diarrhea indications) on July 9, 2026.

The agreement has been filed in accordance with relevant regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Under the terms of the agreement, the three parties will deepen their cooperation in the production and supply of Crofelemer active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished formulations.
