According to a report by NVCA and PitchBook, if SpaceX, Anthropic, and OpenAI go public, the combined valuation of the three companies could exceed 4 trillion US dollars, surpassing the total exit value of all US venture capital-backed companies since 2000. SpaceX is currently valued at 1.77 trillion US dollars, and Anthropic and OpenAI are advancing towards multi-trillion dollar valuations. Last year, total IPO financing in the US was about 70 billion US dollars. The potential IPO scale of SpaceX, Anthropic, and OpenAI will test the capacity of the US capital market.
