The Dow Jones opened up 0.61%, the Nasdaq fell 0.69%, and the S&P 500 dropped 0.13%. Leading tech stocks saw Qualcomm down 13.36%, Super Micro Computer down 7.42%, and Intel down 3.03%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index rose 2.61%, with NetEase up 5.64% and Bilibili up 5.55%.
