NNN REIT Q3 AFFO, Revenue Rise; Maintains 2026 AFFO Guidance

08:48 AM EST, 11/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NNN REIT (NNN) reported Q3 adjusted funds from operations Wednesday of $0.91 per share, up from $0.86 a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.91. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $249.7 million, up from $230.2 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $245.4 million. The company maintained its 2026 AFFO guidance to between $3.55 and $3.59 per share. Analysts expect $3.58.
