MT newswireMT newswire2026/11/04 08:44
04:44 AM EST, 11/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Meta Platforms (META) is selling eurobonds for the first time, seeking to raise funds from European investors after raising $15 billion in the US debt market, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Meta is offering the euro-denominated debt in six parts with maturities ranging from just over four years to over 38 years, the report said. The shortest tranche was initially marketed at around 140 basis points over mid-swaps, while the longest was shown at about 370 basis points over. Bloomberg described the sale as Meta's first debt offering outside the US. Meta did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
