Aztec launches Tierra upgrade, fixing security vulnerabilities and improving transaction proof speed

Ethereum privacy Layer 2 network Aztec has launched the Tierra (Alpha V6) upgrade, which fixes the security vulnerability found in the V5 version and introduces an AI security testing system. This upgrade doubles the speed of private transaction proof generation and reduces the time for Ethereum messages to be transferred into the Aztec network to as fast as 12 seconds. The Aztec network currently has over 3,000 validators and does not have a centralized sequencer or privileged viewing key. (Source: The Block)
