Jitou Finance APP has learned that Oracle (ORCL.US) is leading 17 companies entering the U.S. high-grade bond market, rushing to issue bonds before the U.S. midterm elections. This is the longest batch of bond issuances since September. According to regulatory filings, Oracle is issuing $10 billion worth of dollar-denominated investment-grade bonds and plans to issue a similar amount of common stock to raise funds for artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure construction.
