01:10 PM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Healthcare stocks declined Monday afternoon, with the NYSE Healthcare Index decreasing 0.6% and the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) down 0.3%. The iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) shed 0.6%. In corporate news, Teva Pharmaceuticals (TEVA) shares fell 2.4% after the company said it will halt a phase 2 trial of emrusolmin in adults with multiple system atrophy following an independent committee's recommendation.
