AI Hyperscaler Stocks Cheapest Since 2012 -- Market Talk
Dow Jones2026/11/02 12:561256 GMT - Shares in hyperscalers like Meta and Microsoft that invest huge sums in the artificial intelligence build-out look cheaper than at any point since 2012, J.P. Morgan analysts Christopher Brown and Adam Kelly write. Following a sharp selloff in AI-linked stocks in the past month, the analysts expect market concentration to fall, and for companies outside of tech to rally. However, investors shouldn't rotate out of tech completely, they say. Volatile "high beta" stocks will likely stabilize after falling amid a broader investor move away from risk, the analysts say.
