China Gold Association Vice President Yan Diyong held a working meeting with Shandong Gold Chairman Zhang Xiaohai

On October 29, Yan Diyong, Party Secretary and Vice President of the China Gold Association, and Zhang Xiaohai, Vice President of the Association as well as Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Gold Group Co., Ltd., held a working meeting in Beijing. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and reached consensus on jointly promoting the regular holding of the China International Gold Congress, deepening industry collaboration to solve development challenges, and advancing the high-quality development of the gold industry. Yan Diyong stated that the Association is preparing the 2026 International Gold Market Conference and Hainan Free Trade Port Gold Industry Development Conference to be held in Haikou in December. The conference will invite relevant institutions from Hong Kong to participate and focus on discussions about interconnectivity between the Mainland and Hong Kong gold markets, helping to accelerate the implementation and effectiveness of Hainan Free Trade Port policy benefits and promoting the internationalization process of the gold industry. Both parties hope to continue strengthening cooperation in policy research, organizing major events, and expanding international markets, thereby contributing to national strategic resource security and the high-quality development of the gold industry.
