SVRN Faces Nasdaq Delisting, Plans Hearing Request

The company plans to request a hearing by Nov. 6 and seek an extended stay. SVRN submitted a pre-filing consultation to the Securities and Exchange Commission on the accounting treatment of certain preferred stock and warrants. The company expects to file its annual report after the consultation, but said an unfavorable outcome could require further revisions or restatements of prior financial statements.
