Viatris Begins $36.50 Per Share Cash Offer for Pacira BioSciences

09:02 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Viatris' (VTRS) unit, Peach Purchaser Sub, has commenced a tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Pacira BioSciences (PCRX) for $36.50 per share in cash, the company said Friday. Following the tender offer, the subsidiary will merge with Pacira, which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Viatris, the company said. The merger does not require shareholder approval, and Pacira's board unanimously recommended that shareholders tender their shares, Viatris added.
