AME Elite, UEM Sunrise form 50:50 joint venture for RM 4 billion industrial park
Bitget2026/10/30 10:48- AME Elite and UEM Sunrise formed a 50:50 joint venture to develop an industrial park in Gerbang Nusajaya, Johor.
- The 402-acre project has an estimated gross development value of RM 4 billion.
- Joint venture company Gerbang Synergy will acquire the freehold land from UEM Sunrise subsidiary Nusajaya Rise for RM 972.1 million.
- Development will span three phases, with the first expected to begin by the end of 2027.
