Mondelez International (MDLZ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.78 per diluted share, up from $0.73 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.71. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $9.97 billion, up from $9.74 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $9.98 billion. For 2026, the company reaffirmed organic net revenue growth of at least 2% and adjusted EPS growth of flat to 5% on a constant currency basis. Mondelez agreed to acquire a majority stake in snack maker Undercover Snacks to expand its household reach in the fast-growing permissible indulgence segment, the company said. Undercover Snacks will continue to operate as a standalone business within Mondelez's North America Ventures unit, while its founder Diana Levy will remain as chief executive, the company said. Mondelez shares were up 6.3% in premarket activity Friday.
