05:38 PM EDT, 10/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AXT (AXTI) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.41 per diluted share, compared with a loss of $0.03 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.31. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $73.4 million, up from $28.0 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $66.0 million.
