Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.99. Total operating revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.90 billion, compared with $1.58 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $1.75 billion. The company said it now expects full year core FFO per share $8.30 to $8.35, compared with its previous outlook of $8.15 to $8.20. Analysts expected $8.34.
