04:23 PM EDT, 10/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pollard Banknote (PBL.TO) said Thursday it appointed Verica Simic as chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1, 2027. Simic will join the company on Nov. 16 and succeed Rob Rose, who is set to retire on Dec. 31 after 32 years with the company. The company said Simic will work with Rose during the transition period to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.
