Philip Morris Will Start Selling 20-Pouch Cans of Zyn -- Market Talk

Dow JonesDow Jones2026/10/21 11:30

0730 ET - Philip Morris International says it will continue to spend more to expand its Zyn portfolio and meet rising demand for the nicotine pouches. The tobacco company says it plans to further increase investments to support the brand in the current quarter, expanding its "When It Clicks" brand campaign and transitioning the majority of the brand's portfolio to 20-pouch cans, up from the 15-pouch cans it sells today. "The change to 20-pouch cans is designed to align the value proposition across the portfolio and optimize Zyn's price premium to support future growth in the dynamic U.S. nicotine pouch category," the company says in an earnings release. Philip Morris falls 1% premarket. (connor.hart@wsj.com)
