Nvidia says cloud service providers in multiple European locations are expanding AI factory infrastructure.

NVIDIA stated that cloud service providers in Europe, Northern Europe, Africa, and Central Asia are expanding AI computing infrastructure and building AI factories based on NVIDIA technology to support model training, inference, and post-training services. Nscale plans to deploy Vera Rubin infrastructure and expand into five markets in Europe; Crusoe is developing liquid-cooled modular AI factories for the Vera Rubin platform; Nebius is using NVIDIA Groq 3 LPX and integrating it with Vera Rubin NVL72 via Spectrum-X Ethernet. In addition, cloud service providers such as Aleria, CoreWeave, Lambda, Nebius, and Nscale support the NVIDIA OpenShell reference architecture, providing access control and secure operation mechanisms for AI agents.
