- Another 400 Series T Preferred Shares will convert one-for-one into Series S Preferred Shares on the same date.
- Following conversion, outstanding shares will total 5,474,698 Series T Preferred Shares and 1,190,512 Series S Preferred Shares.
- Series T Preferred Shares will pay quarterly dividends at a 5.52% annual fixed rate for five years beginning November 2, 2026.
- Series S Preferred Shares will continue monthly floating adjustable dividends for the same five-year period; both series’ dividends remain subject to declaration.
