- Siva will report directly to CEO Ben Minicucci and join the Executive Committee.
- He will lead enterprise technology strategy, including digital capabilities and data and AI platforms.
- Siva most recently served as CVS Health's chief digital and technology officer for Health Care Delivery.
- His 29 years of technology experience include senior leadership roles at Target and nearly a decade at GE Capital.
