- Recruitment will begin for a new EMEA head. The Asia-Pacific unit will combine the two existing regional market areas.
- Regional heads Chafic Nassif and Andres Vicente will hand over responsibilities on December 31, 2026.
- Åsa Tamsons will leave her role as Enterprise Wireless Solutions head on December 31, 2026, following support for its portfolio integration.
- Wireless WAN will report to Americas head Yossi Cohen; Neutral Host solutions and Ericsson Private 5G will move to Business Area Networks.
