The Dow Jones opened up 0.03%, the Nasdaq fell 0.63%, and the S&P 500 fell 0.4%. Leading tech stocks saw Intel drop 3.19%, Super Micro Computer drop 2.64%, and Qualcomm drop 1.83%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index fell 0.25%, with Bilibili down 2.77% and iQIYI down 2.18%.
