Analyst Sets Timeline for XRP to Hit $2
XRP is sitting at a critical level. The asset traded at $1.399 during the analysis, and the chart’s structure tells where things may go next.
Details of the Chart
The chart displays a descending channel with two clearly defined trendlines. XRP has been moving lower within this channel. It has formed lower highs consistently. There is a strong horizontal support level at $1.315. The asset has tested that zone numerous times and has held.
Above the current price, resistance clusters near $1.50 and $1.55. The chart also marks several Change of Character (CHoCH) signals, which indicate potential shifts in market structure. One bullish CHoCH appears near $1.50 during the asset’s recent surge, suggesting buyers stepped in at that level previously. A bearish CHoCH follows, showing sellers reasserted control.
Support Holds, and Eyes Turn Higher
The most recent price action shows a bounce off the $1.315 support. The descending channel’s upper trendline currently sits well above price, near the $1.70 to $1.80 range. A breakout above the channel would be a significant structural shift.
Until then, the price remains compressed between the channel resistance above and horizontal support below. Kucuker’s post states XRP “bounced from a solid support level” and expresses confidence that $2 is within reach by the end of the month.
The Path to $2
For XRP to reach $2, it needs to clear $1.55, break above the descending channel, and hold any retest of that breakout level. The CHoCH signals on the chart suggest the market has shown structural shifts before, and another one could accelerate a move higher. The $1.3150 support holding clean is the foundation of this setup.
Community Takes
One analyst noted the bounce looked strong but raised a concern about open interest dropping 5.9% while long positions remained stacked at 2 to 1.
