Market Chatter: SK Hynix Spinoff Solidigm Eyeing Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley for Potential IPO
MT newswire2026/10/08 08:4204:42 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SK Hynix's (SKHY) flash-memory spin-off Solidigm has chosen Goldman Sachs (GS) and Morgan Stanley (MS) to assemble its US initial public offering next year, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter. The offering could raise around $10 billion and the company could be valued as high as $100 billion, the report said. Discussions are ongoing, and more banks may be added, Bloomberg said. "Solidigm is reviewing various options to strengthen its business competitiveness, but no specific plans have been confirmed at this time," an SK Hynix spokesperson said.
