Tempus Expands Moderna, Merck Collaboration for Individualized Cancer Therapy

09:00 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tempus (TEM) said Wednesday it expanded its multi-year collaboration with Moderna (MRNA) and Merck (MRK) to support the potential commercialization of intismeran autogene, an individualized cancer therapy being tested with Keytruda in melanoma and other cancers. Financial terms were not disclosed. Under the collaboration, Tempus will manage tumor tissue, blood sample collection, transfer for sequencing and provide next-generation sequencing services to support the therapy's design and manufacturing, it added. Tempus and Moderna shares were down 2.9% and 2.1%, respectively, in premarket activity.
