Citi predicts that government bond issuance in the eurozone will remain at a high level in October, with a total scale reaching 123 billion euros. Citi interest rate strategist Puja Sawant stated in a report that this estimated issuance volume is basically in line with the average monthly issuance in 2026 and is also comparable to the issuance scale in October 2025.
