The National Oil Corporation (NOC) of Libya has issued an announcement stating that, with the reopening of Valve No. 7, the first batch of refining production units at the Zawiya refinery, as well as the crude oil transportation via the Sharara-Zawiya main pipeline, have resumed normal operations.
