Biomea Fusion Proposes Public Offering of Common Stock, Pre-Funded Warrants

04:27 PM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Biomea Fusion (BMEA) said late Tuesday it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its common shares and for certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase common shares. Biomea said it intends to allow the underwriter a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 15% of the total number of common shares and pre-funded warrants in the proposed offering. Shares of Biomea Fusion were down 20% in after-hours trading.
