10:20 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Upbound (UPBD) said Tuesday it has appointed Scott Young as the company's chief operating officer, a newly created role that will unify business segments under a single leader. Young most recently served as senior vice president and global head of financial solutions for PayPal (PYPL) and Venmo, according to a statement. Upbound also said it has appointed Dev Chakraborty as senior vice president and head of Brigit, a financial health technology firm. Price: 17.20, Change: +0.31, Percent Change: +1.84
