Coinbase said that, starting with Oura's (OURA) IPO this week, eligible clients will be able to request shares at the offer price before open-market trading begins. Coinbase shares gained 3.4%. Carlyle (CG) is preparing for the potential initial public offering of its Highway Roop Precision Technologies unit, which could raise up to $400 million, Bloomberg reported.
