Elbit Systems Files Shelf Prospectus in Israel

06:28 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Elbit Systems (ESLT) said Friday it filed a shelf prospectus with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The two-year filing allows the company to periodically raise capital through debt or equity offerings in Israel, the company said. Elbit Systems said it has not decided on the size, terms, or timing of any potential offering or whether an offering will take place. The company said securities issued under this prospectus would generally be offered only in Israel and would not be registered under the US Securities Act unless an applicable registration or exemption is available.
