Micromem Technologies Raises CA$148,840 in Private Placement, Extends Warrant Expiry

04:42 PM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Micromem Technologies (MRM.CN) closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement, raising CA$148,840, the company said on Wednesday. It placed 5.95-million units at CA$0.025 per unit, each unit being comprised of one common share and one warrant exercisable at CA$0.05 per share for a period of three years following the issuance date. Proceeds will be used for working capital. Additionally, Micromem said it is extending the expiry date of 9.07 million warrants exercisable at CA$0.06 per share by one year from their original expiry date. They will expire on Oct. 8, 2027.
