Cielo Waste Solutions Appoints Harry Andersen as Board Chair

Andersen, who previously served as chief operating officer of Pembina Pipeline (PPL.TO), assumes the role from Sheila Leggett who has stepped down from the position. Leggett will continue serving as chair of the newly-formed Governance, Nominating and Compensation Committee. Cielo shares closed unchanged at CA$0.06 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
