09:02 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Healthcare stocks were edging higher pre-bell Wednesday, with the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) up 0.2% and the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) advancing by 0.9%. Twist Bioscience (TWST) stock was up more than 4% after the company said it has agreed to provide antibody characterization data services to Lilly TuneLab, an AI/ML drug discovery platform created by Eli Lilly (LLY).
