Katapult Files to Register 74 Million Shares for Resale

05:48 PM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Katapult (KPLT) filed a preliminary prospectus Tuesday for the resale of up to 74 million shares of common stock by selling stockholders. The shares were issued to equityholders of Aaron's Intermediate and CCF in connection with Katapult's business combination with Aaron's and CCF. Katapult issued 79.7 million shares on Aug. 11 pursuant to the merger agreement, of which 74.025 million shares are being registered for resale.
